A Mind Tank found in the Forest
A mind tank is a cylindrical chamber with one door that has a circular window on it. Typically, they are connected to wires and/or various tubes. The purpose of these Mind Tanks is unknown, though they may be used to create Albinos or to control other people.

- Many broken and disconnected Mind Tanks can be found throughout the game.
- The tops of some Mind Tanks have a circular light on them, although more often than not they are not illuminated.
